You can migrate to a country, where your spouse lives with legal stay permit. You are granted the right to reside with your spouse legally in the country. To obtain Partner Visa you will be required to provide proof that you are indeed a REAL couple, including attending interviews, before the spouse visa is granted. You must provide evidence of your relationship, such as marriage certificate, evidences for your marriage, telephone bills showing regular telephone calls between you over an extended period of time and many more.
